The Port of North Dakota expansion in Minot received a lot of attention at the lgportofnorthdakota.jpg
Williston Basin Petroleum Conference due to the sheer scope of what is described as the largest distribution hub project between Chicago and Seattle.

The $300 million development encompasses 3,200 acres in Minot and is unique in that it will feature 45 miles of track. The expansion has excellent proximity to the Bakken Shale oil formation and other Williston Basin plays. Rail-served and non-rail-served property is available.
